　　现发布《中国保险监督管理委员会关于修改〈保险公司董事、监事和高级管理人员任职资格管理规定〉的决定》，自发布之日起施行。

中国保险监督管理委员会关于修改《保险公司董事、监事和高级管理人员任职资格管理规定》的决定

　　中国保险监督管理委员会决定对《保险公司董事、监事和高级管理人员任职资格管理规定》作如下修改：
　　一、将第二条第二款修改为：“中国保监会的派出机构根据授权负责辖区内保险公司分支机构高级管理人员任职资格的监督管理，但中资再保险公司分公司和境外保险公司分公司除外。”
　　二、第十二条增加一款，作为第三款：“保险公司在计划单列市设立的行使省级分公司管理职责的分公司，其高级管理人员的任职条件参照适用前两款规定。”
　　三、将第十八条修改为：“境外保险公司分公司高级管理人员任职资格核准，适用本规定保险公司总公司高级管理人员的有关规定。”
　　本决定自发布之日起施行。
　　《保险公司董事、监事和高级管理人员任职资格管理规定》根据本决定作相应的修改，重新发布。

Order of the China Insurance Regulatory Commission

The Decision of the China Insurance Regulatory Commission on Amending the Provisions on the Administration of the Office Qualifications of Directors, Supervisors and Senior Managers of Insurance Companies is hereby issued, and shall come into force on the date of issuance.

Decision of the China Insurance Regulatory Commission on Amending the Provisions on the Administration of the Office Qualifications of Directors, Supervisors and Senior Managers of Insurance Companies

The China Insurance Regulatory Commission hereby decides to amend the Provisions on the Administration of the Office Qualifications of Directors, Supervisors and Senior Managers of Insurance Companies as follows:

I. Paragraph 2 of Article 2 is amended to read: “The local offices of the CIRC shall, as authorized, supervise and administer the office qualifications of the senior managers of the branch offices of insurance companies within their respective jurisdictions, except branch companies of Chinese-funded reinsurance companies and branch companies of overseas insurance companies.”

II. One paragraph is added to Article 12 as paragraph 3: “The provisions of the preceding two paragraphs shall apply, by reference, to the office conditions of the senior managers of a branch company established by an insurance company in a city under separate state planning to exercise the managerial functions of a provincial branch company.”

III. Article 18 is amended to read: “The confirmation of the office qualifications of the senior managers of a branch company of an overseas insurance company shall be governed by the relevant provisions of these Provisions on the senior managers of a parent insurance company.”

This Decision shall come into force on the date of issuance.

The Provisions on the Administration of the Office Qualifications of Directors, Supervisors and Senior Managers of Insurance Companies as amended according to this Decision shall be reissued.
